Hyosung along with its India partner DSK have just launched the sleek and beautiful looking cruiser the Hyosung GV650 Aquila Pro. As we had expected earlier Hyosung have priced the GV650 Aquila Pro at 4.99L ex-showroom Delhi, which approximately translates to a near 5.5L on road price.
The Hyosung GV650 Aquila Pro is a cruiser of a different kind. You would expect a cruiser to be all about the torque but the GV650 Aquila is powered by the same 647cc V-Twin from the GT650R and produces 73.94 HP at 9,000RPM and a healthy 62.1Nm of torque at 7,000RPM. The power and torque figures are lesser compared to its international model, probably because it is slightly detuned for a lower compression due the quality of fuel available in India. The GV650 gets a tubular steel cradle to hold the engine and lot of chrome has been thrown around to add a lot of ‘bling’. The GV650 Aquila Pro cruiser will be available in three colour variants – Red, Silver & Black. Watch out for a detailed road test review of the Hyosung GV650 Aquila Pro, coming up soon on IAMABIKER, in the mean while check out the Hysoung GV650 Aquila Pro India specifications and detailed photographs below.
