There is very less that we do not already know about the new Suzuki Gixxer, the price and specifications were live last week and in fact the motorcycle is already at the Suzuki showrooms. The launch then is a mere formality. Powered by a 154.9 cc engine, the new Suzuki Gixxer produces 14.8 PS @ 8000 RPM and a torque of 14 Nm @ 6000 RPM, decent numbers for a 150. Expected mileage is around the 42 kmpl mark. At an on -road price close to 87,000, plus or minus depending from where you are buying, it is right there with the top selling premium 150’s. That said, we personally think the Gixxer is a winner (road test pending of course). Design wise it definitely plays the part, a motorcycle that is in line with what the youth are looking out for.
