New Suzuki Gixxer colour options
New Suzuki Gixxer colour options

The Suzuki Gixxer colour options were five in number during its launch and now due to its huge success, the company has announced two new dual tone Suzuki Gixxer colour options to cash in on the huge interest for the bike. The new Suzuki Gixxer colour options are, Metallic Triton Blue with Pearl Mirage White (BAQ) and Candy Antares Red with Glass Sparkle Black (APS) which will be available in addition to the existing colour range. Both these new Gixxer colour options are based on the global racing colours that Suzuki uses on their bikes. The dual tone colour options blend right at the middle with slight overlapping with done with simple and bold lines. In addition to these new colour options the Gixxer also gets updated clear lens turn indicators, small design changes on the key and what looks like a bash plate to compensate for the low ground clearance. The bash plate or the protector below the bike was much needed as due to our bad road conditions combined with the slightly low ground clearance of the bike meant that the underbelly of the Gixxer used to scrape often.

The Suzuki Gixxer is definitely a good bike and we were mighty impressed by it during our review of the bike. It definitely is one of the best in its segment with its direct competition being the Yamaha FZ V2.0, the now the upcoming Honda CB Hornet 160R. A light and easy to ride motorcycle that has a very free revving and capable engine. Would be very interesting to see these new Suzuki Gixxer colour options in the flesh. The Suzuki Gixxer is also a very important motorcycle for Suzuki India. With sales numbers that were dwindling it was the Suzuki Gixxer that finally catapulted the company back into the forefront. And now the company really seems to have found its stride. They followed the Gixxer by the Gixxer SF, the most affordable full faired motorcycle in the country. A motorcycle that definitely looks great. Really interested to see what else Suzuki has planned for the future, a 250 would just be great.
