Bajaj Auto is reportedly planning to launch the Pulsar 150 ABS model soon in the Indian market. The bike will have a single-channel ABS unit without any other upgrades. ABS is already being integrated into the Bajaj Pulsar 220F, 180 and Avenger Cruise 220 models.
The bike gets a 149.5 cc single cylinder mill that makes 14 HP and 13.4 Nm of peak torque. The new Pulsar 150 gets both front and rear discs and the other bikes in the Pulsar 150 line-up come with front disc and rear drum braking setups. They should also get the same ABS unit. The 150 Twin Disc (non-ABS) version is priced at INR 80,794 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and the introduction of ABS will make the variant slightly costlier by around 4000 to 6000 rupees.
