Bajaj Auto has officially launched the Pulsar 180F in the Indian market and this takes design inspiration from the Pulsar 220F model. This new Pulsar has been priced at INR 87,450 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The bike is named Pulsar 180 Neon on the company site although the rear panel showcases the 180F label. The bike does not yet come with ABS although the deadline to implement the safety feature is only a few weeks away.

The company may be planning to offer the Pulsar 180F at lower prices for a certain time period prior to offering it with ABS which will increase prices by around INR 7,000. It will of course get single channel ABS setup with RLP (Rear Lift-Off Protection) in the coming weeks. The Pulsar 180F currently has a Neon Orange colour choice listed on the company site although the Neon Red option may also be available in the future. The Neon Orange paint scheme fuses the base in matte grey with orange highlights for the fairing, fascia, side panels, fuel tank Pulsar logo, wheels and 180F badging for the rear panels.

The Pulsar 180F also gets a two valve 178.6 cc air cooled DTS-i engine that makes 17 BHP and 14.22 Nm, which is the same engine as before. The engine is mated to a 5-speed transmission system. There are 260 mm and 240 mm front and rear discs along with telescopic front forks and a 5-way adjustable Nitrox shock absorber at the back.
