After being showcased just a couple of weeks ago, the Trend E Xero e-scooter has finally been launched in the Indian market at a price of INR 56,900 (ex-showroom) for the single battery variant while the double battery version comes for INR 81,269 (ex-showroom). Bookings can now be made for the e-scooter by paying an initial amount of INR 1100.
The Trend E Xero makes use of a detachable lithium-ion battery with a top speed of 45 kilometres per hour and will have single and twin battery packs. These packs will offer riding range of 60 km and 110 km respectively. Charging time ranges between 2-4 hours for these battery packs.
The scooter gets a fully digital instrument console along with alloy wheels with payload capacity at 150 kg. According to the Business Development Head at Avan Motors, Pankaj Tiwari, the company has extensively worked on creating a futuristic mobility solution that works best for Indian roads and meets buyer needs. He also added that the Trend E has received great responses in the pre-launch stage and should be appreciated by customers even more in the near future.
