The only update about the BS 6 Apache RR 310 that we’ve got so far was its price. However, there’s a new and most probably the very first spy shot of the upcoming bike that gives us a few more details.
The 2020 Apache RR 310 would be getting a revised instrument console. It already has a unique-looking vertical setup. TVS wouldn’t be changing the orientation, however, what we see in the spy shot looks like a slightly bigger screen which would hopefully come with more features.
Another detail that supports the fact that the new RR 310 would get a more feature-laden instrument console is the revised LHS switchgear. It has a different set of buttons similar to what we have seen in the KTM 390 Duke.
Although there’s no info as to what more features would be integrated into the instrument console of the new bike, we would definitely love to see Bluetooth connectivity and built-in navigation. TVS already has these techs and is offering them in other Apache bikes so it shouldn’t be too much of a task to implement them in the new RR 310.
Apart from these details, it’s also being anticipated that TVS would add a bunch of new colour options.

The current model of the TVS Apache RR 310 is powered by a 312cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 34 bhp and 28 Nm of torque. It has a 6-speed transmission and this combination also feeds the BMW G310 R and G310 GS.
So, a new instrument console with added features, a revised LHS switchgear, new colours, and BS 6 compliant engine – does that justify the steep price hike of nearly Rs 39,000 of the 2020 TVS Apache RR 310?
