Ducati India has launched its first-ever Periodic Maintenance Contract (PMC) in India, branded as Ducati Protect. This new after-sales service initiative is designed to offer Ducati owners a worry-free ownership experience by covering all scheduled maintenance parts and labor for select models.
Initially available for the Monster and the Multistrada V4 range—including the V4, V4 S, Pikes Peak, and Rally variants—Ducati Protect is offered in two tailored plans. The Ducati Protect (+) plan covers maintenance for 2 years or 15,000 kilometers, while the more comprehensive Ducati Protect (Pro) plan extends coverage to 4 years or 30,000 kilometers.
The Ducati Protect package covers both spare parts and labor for all periodic (scheduled) maintenance services, ensuring that every Ducati motorcycle enrolled in the program remains in peak condition. The contract is activated on the date of the motorcycle’s warranty initiation and is fully transferable in the event of resale, adding further value to ownership.

However, it’s important to note that consumable items—such as brake pads, clutch plates, and tyres—are not included under this plan. Interested customers are encouraged to contact their nearest Ducati dealership for full details and personalized assistance regarding the package.

With this new offering, we aim to elevate the overall ownership experience and allow our riders to enjoy their Ducati motorcycles without concerns about service expenses.”
