From our recent short stint with this motorcycle, we bring you the Kawasaki Ninja 1000 HD wallpapers. This is one machine that we like to call the interstate express, get on the highway and you will be pretty much cruising almost effortlessly towards your destination. It can handle fast winding roads with ease and even with a pillion you will never find things anything but comfortable. Of course it is a bit front heavy and that means on slow winding roads the weight does get to you. You will need to muscle the bike around a bit for it to keep a line that you want. Electronics wise you have two power modes, full power and 70% power. Then there is three level traction control with level three being most intrusive. You can also turn the traction control off for some smooth power wheelies. ABS comes standard and cannot be switched off. A good addition is the two level adjustable windscreen, really helps in keeping the wind out of your face. Front suspensions are surprisingly comfortable and soft and the rear can be easily preload adjusted with a prominent knob below the seat on the right side.
The all digital meter also is quite functional, shows range, time, dual trip meters, all the usuals and has an analogue tachometer. All in all a surprisingly good package that can pretty much do it all, while being the best of both worlds. It gives you the mad power of a litre class in-line four while you sit relaxed and are able to handle it with ease.
