Expected to be smoother and more powerful than before, the 2019 Dominar 400 is all set to offer higher levels of refinement to riders. The new 2019 Dominar 400 could launch very soon (even late this month or early January) and will get a comprehensive upgrades in only two years of its launch. Bajaj has already witnessed considerable success with its flagship Dominar 400 and is now gearing up to fend of rivals from TVS and BMW among other manufacturers in this segment.
The new 2019 Dominar 400 will receive a gear shift indicator for the instrument console, USD forks, a brand new exhaust and LED lights along with a slipper clutch, dual-channel ABS and MRF tyres.
The new Dominar 400 is reportedly going to feel smoother than before along with offering higher power. A flat torque curve was ensured by tuning the Dominar 400 suitably and hence it remains to be seen how fast the bike can go and its overall output in real-world conditions. The previous Dominar 400 could touch 100 kmph in around 8 seconds with a top speed of 150 kmph. The new exhaust for the 2019 version will also offer a characteristic new sound.

The new 2019 Dominar 400 is expected to be costlier by about Rs 10,000. With increases in registration costs and insurance premiums, on-road prices could touch anywhere between INR 2.20 lakh in metro cities throughout India. Bajaj may also offer a five year warranty as standard for the 2019 Dominar 400. Also expected is a new variant based on the same platform which could either be a Dominar ADV or maybe even a scrambler.
