India Kawasaki Motors (IKM) has delivered the first flagship Ninja H2R motorcycle in the country. This is will be one and only H2R for the country in 2019. The 2019 Ninja H2R is one of the most powerful motorcycles retailed worldwide and is not a road-legal offering and is track use only. It comes at a whopping INR 72 lakhs and is a “nothing held back version” of the regular H2 with a performance free flow exhaust, remapped ECU, winglet’s on the fairing and is lighter as well.
This performance behemoth gets an inline 998 cc four cylinder supercharged mill that dishes out a monstrous 326 PS of power at 14,000 rpm with RAM air intake and 165 Nm of peak torque at 12,500 RPM. There is a 6-speed gearbox with the signature Kawasaki quick shifter and hydraulic clutch. The top speed of the Ninja H2R crosses 400 kmph and it gets plenty of kit including launch control, cornering management, Bosch IMU, traction control, engine brake control and more.
