Many seek a reason to celebrate before hitting the road, but for some, the journey itself is the celebration. Riding to the rhythm of rock-n-roll, the Jawa Yezdi Kommuniti descended upon Bengaluru for yet another legendary music festival – Indiegaga (established in 2019)! This roving music fest, which kicked off in Bengaluru, is set to traverse South India over the next four months, with the next installment slated to commence in Chennai on December 16, 2023.

In their ongoing connection with the music scene in India, showcased at events like iRock and Covelong 2023, Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles, accompanied by a battalion of our Kommuniti riders on their Jawa and Yezdi bikes, rode into the festival on November 18. They embraced an evening filled with dynamic performances from renowned bands such as Thaikkudam Bridge, Agam, Bhayanak Maut, Arya Dhayal Live, Lavi & Foenix, All Ok, Oorka, and Sanjith Hegde. The brand’s venture into cultural collaborations like these underscores its dedication to fostering the ‘what’s new’ while upholding cherished traditions that keep the essence of motorcycling alive!

Mr. Ashish Singh Joshi, CEO of Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles, shared insights on the brand’s involvement in cultural partnerships: “With our community being particularly strong in the South, the Indiegaga Music and Arts Festival provides an excellent platform for our Kommuniti to immerse themselves in the talents of South India’s top artists. Aligning with the brand’s commitment to supporting festivals that empower independent artists and open new avenues for our Kommuniti to explore through riding. We aim to craft authentic and memorable experiences for our customers, and what better way than by diving into the vibrant world of independent music?”

The standout lineup for the Bengaluru edition featured Thaikkudam Bridge, Agam, Bhayanak Maut, and Sanjith Hegde. Thaikkudam Bridge is set to tour all five legs of this year’s Indiegaga with Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles. To add an extra layer of excitement for music enthusiasts, Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles collaborated with Thaikkudam Bridge to offer one fortunate superfan the chance to meet the band and receive a signed LP. The audience, captivated by the music, savored a night filled with unity, celebration, and the sheer joy of live performances, making the Bengaluru edition a memorable stop on the festival’s 5-city tour.
