In his announcement, Mehta highlighted Ather’s unwavering commitment to customer service and its efforts to elevate the service experience with this new offering. Ather Gold Service Centres are designed with upgraded, streamlined processes supported by a comprehensive service playbook. One standout feature is ExpressCare, a 60-minute service designed to ensure vehicles are ready in an hour.
To enhance the overall experience, these centres will be staffed by a team rigorously trained in both technical expertise and customer interaction. The personnel, handpicked by Ather’s Bengaluru team, have undergone extensive training to uphold Ather’s service standards.
Customers visiting these centres can also enjoy a comfortable lounge area, offering a relaxed waiting experience while their vehicles are being serviced. The centre’s infrastructure mirrors the immersive environment of Ather’s renowned Experience Centres, ensuring consistency in the brand’s premium approach.
With 215 service centres already operating across India, Ather Energy continues to lead with initiatives like Ather Care service plans, Ather Service Carnival, and ExpressCare. The launch of Ather Gold Service Centres further solidifies their dedication to setting benchmarks in the EV industry.
