In a significant development for India’s electric vehicle industry, Ultraviolette Automotive has flagged off the first batch of its Made-in-India F77 MACH 2 high-performance electric motorcycles to the European Union (EU) markets. This marks a pivotal step in the company’s global expansion plans.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of Hon’ble Shri. H.D. Kumaraswamy, Union Minister of Heavy Industries, Government of India, and Hon’ble Shri M.B. Patil, Minister of Industries and Commerce, Government of Karnataka. The event took place at Ultraviolette’s advanced manufacturing facility in Bengaluru.
Expressing his appreciation for Ultraviolette’s achievements, Union Minister Shri H.D. Kumaraswamy stated, “Ultraviolette’s expansion into the European market represents a significant milestone for India’s automotive industry. This demonstrates our nation’s ability to compete on the global stage. Indian startups are driving innovation in critical sectors like electric mobility, and this export initiative aligns perfectly with our government’s vision of making India a global EV manufacturing hub.”

Shri M.B. Patil highlighted Karnataka’s role in fostering growth, saying, “Bengaluru is at the forefront of India’s electric vehicle revolution, and Ultraviolette is a shining example of this progress. Their success is a testament to our vibrant ecosystem for innovation, and this export marks a new chapter in our state’s journey toward sustainable development and technological leadership.”
