Hero MotoCorp’s new full faired premium bike has been spotted recently. The company has already launched the Xtreme 200R recently and will soon bring the XPulse 200 and 200T models. Yet, a full faired new motorcycle will be launched with the same platform and will be called the Xtreme 200F most likely.

There are mixed reports that also claim that the spotted machine is the new generation Hero Karizma or HX200R. But that seems unlikely although we must say the front design does look derived from the original Karizma. The bike will definitely get split seats and ABS along with an alloy wheel design like the Xtreme 200R. There is also a flat handlebar and fully digital instrument cluster like the one in the XPulse 200.

What we wish would be different is the engine but it will most likely get the same single cylinder 199.6 cc engine that makes 18.4 Ps @ 8000 RPM and 17.1 Nm @ 6500 in the Xtreme 200R mated to a five speed transmission unit. The engine may be tuned differently for the new motorcycle and be a BS-VI version.

Launch is expected in October/ November this year with ex-showroom price around 1.1 lakh.
