Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd has launched its powerful cruiser, the Intruder M800 in India at a price of Rs 8.88 lakh. The motorcycle is powered by a 805cc engine and will be available at Suzuki outlets across 12 major cities. This is the 5th ‘big bike’ from Suzuki to be sold in India with the others being the Bandit 1200S, GSX-R1000, the mighty Hayabusa and the Intruder M1800.

The M800 also known as the Suzuki Boulevard M50, internationally comes with 3 colour schemes,  Metallic Oort Gray, Pearl Nebular Black and Candy Max Orange. The M800 boasts of features like the Suzuki Dual Throttle Valve (SDTV) which delivers smooth low-to-mid-rpm throttle response and high torque output, a Multi-hole-type fuel injectors, that delivers a fine spray for a powerful yet fuel-efficient operation, an automatic Idle Speed Control (ISC) system, that eliminates the choke and shortens the engine’s warm-up time, a powerful 32-bit-processor enabled Engine Control Module (ECM) which helps ensures precise control and a Pulsed AIR (PAIR) injection system introduces air into the exhaust ports to ignite unburned hydrocarbons and cut down on emissions.
