The World Crosser from Yamaha would be a globetrotters perfect companion for their dreams as a discoverer. We saw the motorcycle first at the Milan Motor Show in its concept form last year and now it enters into production. The Yamaha Super Ténéré XT1200Z World Crosser is armed to cope with unpredictable and inaccessible terrain, and designed to keep rider comfortable in the wildest situation possible.
The Super Ténéré Worldcrosser received a series of aluminum and carbon additives that give it a much more robust and a very appealing stance. The spark plugs and the rear breaks have protection made of black anodized aluminum. The new Yamaha Super Ténéré Worldcrosser will be available in six colors. Yamaha has prepared an even more extreme version of this maxi endurance motorcycle the World Crosser R. The World Crosser R is equipped with a special set of extra features that include an Akrapovic titanium exhaust with a carbon end, additional lights and indicators that work on LED’s with carbon based protection covers. The new Yamaha Super Ténéré XT1200Z Worldcrosser goes on sale next March at a price of 117,000 € (Italy). The cost of the World Crosser R variant has not yet been announced, but all the additional features on the R would be about 20% cheaper than assembling it separately.
