Not many manufacturers come close when it comes to the aggressive prices of the Kawasaki range in India. With CKD operations for the lower end of the range which include the Ninja 300, Z250, ER-6n and the Ninja 650, Kawasaki India have ensured that people wanting to step into the world of refinement, multi-cylinders and international quality have enough options without breaking the bank. The latest Kawasaki to come into India was the mighty Ninja H2 which was launched at the Buddh International Circuit couple of weeks back. With the Ninja H2 the total number of Kawasaki bikes available in India now lie at 11 models. Plans for this year are still sketchy with no official word from Kawasaki yet. That said there is a lot of chatter about two models that Kawasaki are looking to bring in. First is the new Vulcan S, a sport cruiser of sorts. Features the same 649 cc engine that does duty on the 650’s already selling India. The second one is more exciting. The Versys 650 a totally decked up version that can handle varied terrain much better, a very potent sports tourer. We certainly are looking forward to that.
