Triumph Motorcycles entered the Indian motorcycle market in 2014 and in this short period of time, the company has established itself well. It has got a desirable product line-up for its Indian fans. And now with the launch of the new Triumph Thruxton R, the British company has added one more product in its catalogue.

The new Triumph Thruxton R has been launched in India at a price tag of INR 10,90,000 (Ex-showroom, New Delhi). With that price Triumph is providing a plethora of features. The new bike gets Brembo monobloc callipers, Showa big piston forks, a Öhlins rear suspension, Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa tyres and of course, modern technologies like ABS, slipper clutch, traction control are also a part of the package.

Launching the new Triumph Thruxton R was Mr. Vimal Sumbly, Managing Director, Triumph Motorcycles, India. He said that it’s uncompromisingly elegant and imposing lines are perfectly matched by the quality of the design, detailing, power and performance, and the incorporation of contemporary technology into a ride that’s as poised as it is exhilarating.

Also present was Gul Panag, who is a famous Bollywood actress, a social activist & an entrepreneur. She is also a well-known rider and owns a Triumph Bonneville T120. She was ecstatic during the launch of the new Triumph Thruxton R.

We are glad that Triumph is extending its product line-up for India. The new Triumph Thruxton R is available in two colour options – Diablo Red and Silver Ice. For more enthusiastic customers, Triumph is also providing a Café Racer inspiration kit that includes a Rear mudguard removal kit with a compact light, a Vance & Hines exhaust, Signature Triumph rubber knee pads and a Leather tank strap. Apart from this, Triumph has also said that there is a performance race kit in the pipeline as well.
