KTM is all set to reveal a new motorcycle on 26 January 2021. The Austrian motorcycle giant has released a teaser of the upcoming motorcycle. Going by previously leaked information, we can safely say that this new motorcycle will be the 2021 KTM 1290 Super Adventure series.
The KTM 1290 Super Adventure and its variants are the kind of motorcycles that have a ‘Go anywhere, and do anything’ attitude and KTM always makes sure to equip it with the best in terms of the technology and the powertrain. The capability of the motorcycle has earned it a loyal fan following.
Now, KTM has released a teaser ahead of the launch of the 2021 version. The foreground of the image features the text ‘The world gets smaller.’ In the background is a racetrack with hills and trees all around it. This teaser definitely speaks of a sporty adventure motorcycle, which is nothing but the KTM 1290 Super Adventure.
Previously leaked information revealed that the new motorcycles will come with radar-based cruise control. This will be the first KTM motorcycle to feature this technology and will certainly be revolutionary. The 2021 KTM 1290 Super Adventure will come in two variants — R and S. Both variants will come with the same powertrain and truckloads of electronic rider aids.
While the 2021 KTM 1290 Super Adventure R will feature spoked wheels compatible with tubeless off road-biased tyres, the 1290 Super Adventure S will feature alloy wheels with tyres more suited for touring. The motorcycle will be launched on 26 January, 2021 and we will get to see more details then.
