It was around two weeks ago when we reported about the leaked images of the upcoming Suzuki Gixxer 155. Now, there’s a new and clearest spy shot uploaded and it reveals the entire design of the bike.

It can be seen clearly in the spy image that there’s going to be a dual-tone (blue-black) colour option with the new 155. There could be more such colours and even single tone paint schemes as well. We also see the newly designed LED headlamp which is going to become a signature element of the bike.

The glossy dual-tone (blue-black) colour looks fantastic

The rest of the elements of the bike like the instrument cluster, tank panels, side panels, suspension, tyres, etc. have been borrowed from the recently launched Suzuki Gixxer SF. The glossy paint scheme looks brilliant and should be able to lure in more customers. What missing here is an underbelly pan/engine cover and because of that, the side view of the bike would feel a bit empty. But that’s just us.

Right now, we still don’t have a visual at the tail section of the Gixxer 155 but we are anticipating it to be similar to that of its faired sibling. What else is going to be similar is its engine. Suzuki will employ the same 154.9cc, single-cylinder air-cooled engine which produces 14.1hp and 14Nm of torque.

We are assuming that the latest spy picture has been taken at a Suzuki dealership which means that the bike is going to be launched pretty soon. We don’t have an official date by the manufacturer but it’s coming sooner than you’re expecting. Once the Gixxer 155 is launched, then it would be the more powerful Gixxer 250 in the line for the next launch.
