Benelli is soon going to launch the Imperiale 400 in the Indian market which will be its first retro-styled motorcycle in the country. But before that happens, Benelli has launched the first official video of the bike. Check it out.

Being a retro bike, the Imperiale 400 does look pretty good. It should be able to lure in many people with its design and styling. Currently, it is the Royal Enfield Classic 350 that’s the go-to choice of most of the customers looking to buy a classic bike in this segment. Jawa’s resurrection gave another option to these people but its waiting period is painstakingly long.

The Imperiale 400 should be able to balance out things. It is very much retro in looks, gets a 373cc single-cylinder engine that makes 19hp and 28Nm, its twin-pod instrument console is another attractive feature, and being a Benelli, it should sound sweet too!

We don’t have the pricing yet, but it should cost somewhere around Rs 2-2.5 lakh (ex-showroom). Benelli is already accepting pre-bookings for a token amount of Rs 4,000 and the deliveries should commence after Diwali.

Which classic, retro-styled motorcycle is your favourite?
