Royal Enfield Classic 350S is the latest model that has been added in the brand’s product portfolio for the Indian market. This is a more affordable variant of the standard Classic 350 and is priced at Rs 1.45 lakh.

The major difference between the standard model and the new S model is that the former comes with a dual-channel ABS whereas the latter gets only a single-channel system. Royal Enfield has also taken a few other measures to reduce the cost of the bike. The 350S misses out on the chrome treatment on the engine and wheels as well as has a different brand logo on the fuel tank.

All these efforts have made the new Classic 350S Rs 9,000 more affordable than the standard Classic 350 that retails at Rs 1.54 lakh. Apart from the aforementioned changes, the engine of the bike continues to be the same 346cc, single, air-cooled that produces 19.8hp and 28Nm.

As far as the availability goes, the new 350S is currently available only in Tamil Nadu and Kerela and is expected to reach the other parts of the country in the coming weeks, however, there is no official confirmation on the same. It has two colour options – Pure Black and Mercury Silver.

Royal Enfield is continuously working on a slew of new products that we are expecting to be launched in the country next year before the BS6 emission norms are enforced.

(All prices are ex-showroom)
