Latest reports suggest that the prices of both the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 are going to be hiked by Rs 10,000. The new prices will come into effect from 16th August 2019!

Even after the price hike, the Royal Enfield 650 Twins would still remain the most affordable twin-cylinder motorcycle in India. The next such bike is Kawasaki Ninja 300 that costs Rs 2.98 lakh after the price cut.

Both the 650 Twins come in three variants – standard, custom, and chrome. The difference between them is of the colour with chrome being the most expensive one. Also, the Continental GT 650 (starts at Rs 2.65 lakh) is more expensive than the Interceptor 650 (starts at Rs 2.50 lakh).

The waiting period for both bikes is usually high. So, if you have been planning to buy any of the Twins, then do that before the price hike comes into effect!

(All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi)
