Back in Sept 2018, when the TVS NTorq 125 crossed the 1 lakh sales mark just within 6 months of its launch, a new metallic red colour was added to its colour palette. Now, TVS’ most powerful scooter, that has also crossed the 2 lakh sales milestone within 1 year of its launch, has become the most awarded scooter of FY 18-19, gets a new matte silver colour option.
The new colour scheme will be available only with the disc brake variant of the scooter that is priced at Rs 59,995 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Apart from the new shade, there is also going to be a prominent ‘Scooter of the Year’ badge at the front which would set apart this model from the others in the lineup.
The TVS NTorq 125 is a fantastic product that comes with a 124.79cc, single-cylinder 3-valve engine which produces 9.3hp and 10.5Nm of torque. Flat out, the NTorq can reach a speed of 95kmph. It also comes with a long list of interesting features which makes it a tough entrant in the segment to beat.

Some of the highlighting features of the NTorq 125 include a fully digital speedometer with Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation assist, top speed recorder, in-built lap-timer, phone-battery strength display, last parked location assist, service reminder, trip meter and multi-ride statistic modes such as Street and Sport.
The NTorq not only looks pretty great but it also sounds good as well. Its exhaust note is quite bassy and you might confuse it with some other vehicle. Kudos to TVS for that. Also, the tyres on this scooter are quite impressive. They are wide and provide a good amount of grip.
With the new matte silver colour, the NTorq now has a total of 7 colour options including the 6 older shades – Matte Yellow, Matte White, Matte Red, Metallic Blue, Metallic Grey and Metallic Red.
