India Bike Week (IBW) 2019 is now a couple of weeks away and we’re pretty sure that most of you must be quite excited about it and have already purchased the tickets. IBW is one of India’s major motorcycling events and thus provides a great platform for brands to leave their imprints. That’s why KTM has chosen IBW to launch the much anticipated 390 Adventure in India. However, it might not be the only thing that KTM would have planned to do at the event.
As per the latest reports, KTM will indeed launch the 390 Adventure at IBW 2019 and along with that, it would also showcase the 790 Adventure, which is expected to be launched in India next year, and the Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 and Vitpilen 401.
Apart from these models, KTM is also expected to put up on display its BS 6 product lineup for 2020-21.
It is being told that the first BS 6 KTM bikes to be launched in India would be the 250 Duke, 390 Duke, and RC 390. They should be made available from mid next month only and their deliveries are expected to commence from December 20. These bikes would see a price hike of around Rs 15k.
Then it would be the turn of KTM 125 Duke. KTM would bring it in January 2020 and its deliveries would start from February 2020. As for its price, it should be hiked by around Rs 8-10k.
