Royal Enfield has launched the Bullet 500 ABS model at INR 1.87 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi) making it costlier by about INR 14,000 as compared to the non-ABS version which comes at INR 1.73 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). Other models from the brand are also costlier now with the integration of ABS. Only the Bullet 350 ES, 350 and Classic 350 standard variants are still remaining with regard to the introduction of ABS.
The ABS unit for the Bullet 500 is the same dual-channel setup witnessed for other models from Royal Enfield. There are no other changes and the bike continues with its single cylinder 499 cc engine that makes 27.2 HP and 41.3 Nm of peak torque. Dealerships are already accepting bookings for the Bullet 500 ABS and the non-ABS version has been de-listed from the company’s booking portal.
