Skoda Auto India has officially announced the pricing for the new Slavia with deliveries scheduled to begin next week. Built on the localized MQB-A0-IN platform, the new Slavia comes in six distinct trims: Classic, Classic+, Signature, Sportline, Prestige, and Monte Carlo.
Buyers can choose between two TSI engines: a 1.0 TSI paired with either a six-speed manual or a segment-first eight-speed torque converter automatic, and a 1.5 TSI mated exclusively to a seven-speed DSG automatic.
Ashish Gupta, Brand Director at Skoda Auto India, pointed out that the Slavia has become a key part of the brand’s sedan legacy in India. He noted that the updated model builds on that foundation with a bolder road presence, elevated comfort, smarter technology, and the brand-new eight-speed automatic transmission.

Variant Breakdown and Features
- Classic: Serves as the entry point with six airbags, 25+ safety features, Climatronic Auto AC, a rear defogger, a 17.7 cm touchscreen, and R15 steel wheels with covers. Powered solely by the 1.0 TSI six-speed manual.
- Classic+: Adds an electric sunroof, R16 alloy wheels, all-LED lighting, rain-sensing wipers, and an auto-dimming IRVM. Introduces the 1.0 TSI with the new eight-speed automatic.
- Signature: Steps up tech with a 20.32 cm Virtual Cockpit, 25.6 cm touchscreen, Google Cloud AI Assistant, inbuilt connectivity, a rear-view camera, and R16 alloy wheels.
- Sportline: Builds on the Signature with a sportier styling package, 360-degree camera, R16 Ving Black alloy wheels, and the larger 25.6 cm Virtual Cockpit.
- Prestige: Packs the 26.03 cm Virtual Cockpit, 360-degree camera, R16 Savio dual-tone alloy wheels, electrically adjustable and ventilated front seats, and the Rear Seat Massage function. Available with both the 1.0 TSI and 1.5 TSI engines (the latter featuring rear disc brakes).
- Monte Carlo: Features sporty red and black aesthetic details, R16 Savio Black alloy wheels, and Prestige-level equipment. Available with the 1.0 TSI 8-speed automatic or 1.5 TSI 7-speed DSG.
Updated Design and Colour Options
The new Slavia enhances its European styling with all-new LED headlamps, fresh LED taillamps with sequential rear turn indicators, a horizontal chrome strip running across the grille, updated front and rear structures, and new alloy wheel designs.
Alongside existing paint shades—Candy White, Carbon Steel, Brilliant Silver, Lava Blue, Deep Black, Cherry Red, Shimla Green, and Steel Grey—Skoda has added two new colours: Arctic Silver and Cappuccino Beige (with Cappuccino Beige deliveries commencing in December 2026). The range-topping Monte Carlo trim brings sporty blacked-out exterior accents, red stripes, and Monte Carlo badging.
First-in-Segment Comfort and AI Connectivity
Inside, the new Slavia packs several headline features:
- Rear Seat Massage Function: A segment-first feature included on top-tier trims.
- 360-Degree Area View Camera & Park Pilot: Paired with front and rear parking sensors to ease urban parking.
- Infotainment & AI Assistant: Features a 25.6 cm touchscreen infotainment system alongside a larger 26.03 cm Digital Cockpit on higher variants. Supported by Google Cloud’s Automotive AI Agent, the voice assistant integrates Gemini to process context-aware commands in Indian English accents for music, calls, and climate control. It also supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Safety Credentials and Warranty Package
Safety remains a core focus, with the Slavia retaining its 5-star Global NCAP safety rating for adult and child protection. Six airbags and over 25 active and passive safety features come as standard across all variants, with higher trims packing more than 40 safety features. Features such as a rear defogger, rain-sensing wipers, LED fog lamps, an auto-dimming IRVM, and anti-glare ORVMs are included from the Classic+ trim upwards.
Every new Slavia includes the Skoda Super Care package, which offers a standard 4-year or 100,000-kilometre warranty, 4 years of Roadside Assistance, and four labour-free services (valid up to 2 years or 30,000 kilometres). The warranty can be extended up to six years, complemented by a six-year corrosion warranty and a three-year paint warranty.
