In a surprising move, Maruti has just slashed the prices of its popular Victoris SUV by up to Rs 39,000. The news comes straight on the heels of the vehicle crossing the massive 1 lakh sales milestone in June. The manufacturer revealed that this feat was achieved in just 8 months—hitting the target even faster than the Grand Vitara. Throughout 2026, the SUV has been consistently clocking over 10,000 sales per month, and this latest price reduction is expected to give those numbers an even bigger boost.
Sunroof Variants Become Way More Affordable
The price cut specifically affects the higher-spec mild-hybrid petrol variants, while the variant-wise features of the Victoris remain completely untouched by the shake-up.
Both the manual (MT) and automatic (AT) versions of the ZXi (O) and ZXi+ (O) trims have witnessed the Rs 39,000 reduction. Because these specific “(O)” variants are the ones that add a panoramic sunroof over the standard trims, it means a panoramic sunroof on the Victoris has suddenly become a lot more accessible for buyers.
Here is how the July 2026 prices look for the mild-hybrid petrol variants:
| Variant | New Price (Rs, Lakh) | Old Price (Rs, Lakh) | Price Difference |
| LXi MT | 10.50 | 10.50 | None |
| VXi MT | 11.80 | 11.80 | None |
| VXi AT | 13.36 | 13.36 | None |

While the mild-hybrid variants listed above got cheaper, the price range for variants with the standard naturally aspirated petrol engine remains exactly as it was.
No Changes for CNG or Strong Hybrid Models
If you are looking at the alternative powertrain options, you won’t see any price rejig. The CNG variants are coming in at the exact same prices as before, ranging from Rs 11.50 lakh to Rs 14.57 lakh.

It is a similar story for the strong hybrid petrol variants, where pricing is completely unchanged and continues to run from Rs 16.38 lakh up to Rs 19.99 lakh.
