
TVS Motor Company has announced that Peyman Kargar has been appointed as Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective 27 January 2027. He will succeed K. N. Radhakrishnan, who will remain in his role until then to manage a smooth handover before transitioning to a Non-Executive Director post until the AGM in July 2027.

Currently serving as President of International Business, Kargar brings over three decades of global automotive experience across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. His background spans the entire value chain, including R&D, product development, manufacturing, quality, sales, and marketing.
In his new role, Kargar will focus on driving TVS Motor Company’s next growth phase in India and abroad. Key priorities include:
