Hero MotoCorp has officially rolled out the much-awaited Glamour X equipped with Integrated ABS. The new model establishes a fresh industry benchmark by becoming the very first machine in the 125cc category to couple Single-Channel ABS with an Integrated Braking System (IBS). The setup drastically cuts down braking distances while boosting vehicle stability, reflecting the brand’s push to bring high-end tech to everyday riders.

Colour Palette and Pricing

Hero has added two brand-new paint schemes—Gun Metal Grey and Matt Axis Grey—to sit alongside the existing Black Pearl Red and Black Teal Blue finishes. The new Glamour X 125 with Integrated ABS is currently rolling into showrooms nationwide with an ex-showroom Delhi price tag of INR 1,01,000/-.

Upgraded Rider Safety

The headlining Integrated Anti-lock Braking System provides sharper, more responsive, and assured stopping power across diverse road surfaces. It bolsters an existing safety suite that already features:

  • Panic Brake Alert: Rapidly flashing LED winkers that warn motorists behind during sudden, heavy stops.
  • Hazard Lamps: Built-in signalling for roadside emergencies.

Design and On-Board Tech

Visually, the Glamour X 125 shows off a sculpted, muscular silhouette. It sports dynamic graphics and a full LED lighting setup showing off an ‘H’ signature design.

The cockpit houses an adaptive 10.7 cm multi-colour display with ambient lighting, packing over 60 distinct features. Key readouts include:

  • Real-Time Mileage Indicator
  • Distance-to-Empty readout
  • Gear Shift Advisory
  • Bluetooth connectivity delivering turn-by-turn navigation with ETA updates, alongside incoming call and SMS alerts.

Engine Performance, Modes, and Everyday Comfort

Underneath, the motorcycle runs a Sprint-EBT engine kicking out 11.4 BHP (8.5 kW) at 8,250 rpm, tuned for silky power delivery alongside minimal NVH levels. Commuters can flick between three distinct Ride Modes—Eco, Road, and Power—whilst Cruise Control takes the strain out of longer trips to keep fatigue low and fuel economy high.

For day-to-day usability, the bike gets a wide handlebar, a low seat height, and a long, flat bench seat. Practical touches include dual under-seat mobile phone storage paired with a Type-C USB charging socket.
