If you’ve been eyeing up a brand-new Italian stallion, you might want to move fast. Ducati India has just confirmed that it’s hitting the “plus” button on its price tags. From 1 June 2026, the luxury motorcycle brand will be increasing the ex-showroom India price across select models in its line-up. This price correction isn’t just for one or two cities, either. The updated figures will be rolled out across the entire official dealer network, covering New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Hyderabad, and Kolkata.
Why the Price Bump?
According to Bipul Chandra, the Managing Director of Ducati India, the brand is feeling the pinch of the current economic climate. Between general inflation and the rising cost of commodities, operational expenses have climbed.
The company is introducing this Ducati model price increase to offset those costs while ensuring they don’t lose that high-end, premium “Bologna” magic that riders expect from the brand.
A Massive Year for New Ducati Launches
Despite the price hike, 2026 is looking like a bumper year for Ducati fans in India. The brand is on a bit of a product offensive, and there’s plenty to get excited about:
- Already Landed: In March 2026, Ducati officially entered the dirt world by launching the Desmo450 MX.
- Coming This Month: The ultra-rare and highly collectible Panigale V4 Lamborghini is set to arrive in India in April 2026.
- The “V2” Refresh: Riders can look forward to the all-new Monster V2, Hypermotard V2, and the rugged DesertX V2.
- Flagship Updates: Expect the new Multistrada V4 Rally and special Corse Editions for both the Panigale V4 and Streetfighter V4 ranges before the year is out.
- The Unicorn: The Superleggera V4 Centenario is also making its way to Indian shores in tiny numbers—though don’t get your hopes up, as every single unit is already pre-booked.
Expanding the After-Sales Net
It’s not just about selling bikes, though. Ducati is also working on making life easier for current owners. They’ve recently inaugurated “Service-Only Workshops” in Goa and Ahmedabad. These are the first of their kind for the brand in India. Even though they don’t sell bikes, they are fully authorised facilities with Ducati-trained technicians, offering the same level of care you’d find at a full Ducati 3S dealership.
