Royal Enfield has finally stopped teasing us and dropped the full technical details for their most ambitious project yet—the Flying Flea C6. It’s the brand’s first proper foray into the electric world, and they’ve gone all out on the “retro-futuristic” vibe. Drawing its name from the legendary lightweight WWII bike, this modern-day C6 is designed to be a nippy, stylish city slicker that doesn’t weigh as much as a small planet.

With the official spec sheet now out in the open, here’s a look at what this electric Royal Enfield is bringing to the table.

Lightweight Chassis and That Girder Fork

The first thing everyone notices about the Flying Flea C6 is the front end. It features a forged aluminium girder fork, a massive nod to 1930s and 40s motorcycle design. But don’t let the old-school looks fool you; it’s paired with a lightweight forged aluminium frame and a magnesium battery case to keep the weight down and the “flea” agility up.

Key Design Elements:

  • Tyre Setup: It runs on skinny 19-inch front and 19-inch rear wheels with low rolling resistance from CEAT.
  • Braking: You get disc brakes at both ends, supported by dual-channel ABS (switchable for rear).
  • The Look: It’s a minimalist, “see-through” design that looks unlike anything else on the road right now.
