Royal Enfield at the high-octane GRRR Nights festival officially pulled the wraps off the 2026 Guerrilla 450. The big news this year? The launch of the APEX variant—a sharper, “corner-hungry” version of the street-performance roadster designed for riders who want a bit more aggression in their daily commute. The launch also marks two massive milestones: 125 years of Royal Enfield and 125,000 bikes built globally on the versatile Sherpa platform.
The Guerrilla 450 APEX: A Leaner, Meaner Streetfighter
The new APEX variant isn’t just a styling exercise; it’s a total shift in stance. Royal Enfield has tweaked the ergonomics and parts to make it feel more committed on the tarmac.
- Sportier Riding Position: It features lowered and repositioned aluminium handlebars, creating a forward-leaning “riding triangle” for a more commanding feel.
- Sticky New Rubber: The APEX gets 17-inch Vredestein Centuro ST tyres. These are road-biased with a sporty DNA, offering much better grip on wet or low-friction surfaces.
- Visual Flair: You can pick from three new colourways—APEX Red, APEX Black, and APEX Green. It also comes standard with a sculpted rear seat cowl, a colour-coded front cowl, and rim tapes.

Updates Across the Range: Dash and Flash
Royal Enfield hasn’t forgotten the existing fans. The Dash and Flash variants have also received some significant “quality of life” upgrades for 2026:
- Improved Tyres: Both now sport CEAT GRIPP XL RE tyres, featuring a new compound and tread pattern for better confidence when the British weather turns wet.
- Mode Retention: All variants now feature updated Street and Sport ride modes. The clever bit? It now “remembers” your last selected mode even after you turn the ignition off.
- New Colours: The Dash variant gets a fresh Twilight Blue option, which comes with complimentary handguards and a headlight grill.

Performance and Tech: The Sherpa Soul
Under the hood, the 2026 Guerrilla 450 sticks with the proven 452cc Sherpa engine. It still pumps out a solid 40 PS and 40 Nm of torque, delivering that punchy, accessible performance across the rev range.
The tech suite remains top-tier with the Tripper Dash—a circular 4-inch TFT display. It’s got Google Maps navigation built-in and seamless smartphone connectivity, so you’re always in control and never lost.
A Knockout Collaboration: Fairtex x Guerrilla
In a cool twist, Royal Enfield has teamed up with the iconic Muay Thai brand, Fairtex. This partnership is all about discipline and “controlled power.” Together, they’ve launched a limited-edition gear range—think boxing gloves and Muay Thai shorts—alongside a custom-built motorcycle inspired by the athleticism of an urban fighter.
