The electric revolution just took a massive leap into the mud. Ultraviolette’s electric crossover, the X-47, has just pulled off a landmark performance at the Ahmedabad Dirt Track 2026, bagging first place in both the Adventure (Up to 450cc) and Foreign Motorcycle categories.

What makes this dual-category victory even sweeter? The X-47 was actually the only electric motorcycle competing at the entire event. Piloted by Mustufa Namdar—a rider who already has multiple National Supercross race wins under his belt—the electric bike put on a commanding performance against a super competitive field of established, conventional petrol-powered brands.

Smashing It on a Technical Track

Organised by Falcon Racing at Mud & Metal Motorsports, the Ahmedabad Dirt Track race was no walk in the park. The event brought together over 80 riders from all over India and abroad. Everyone was battling it out across 10 amateur and professional categories on a grueling 850-metre technical dirt circuit. We are talking steep jumps, slush sections, and multiple obstacles designed to test both man and machine.

Here is how the action went down for Mustufa and the X-47:

  • The Adventure Category (Up to 450cc): Going head-to-head against a tough field of conventional internal combustion motorcycles and purpose-built off-road machines, Mustufa didn’t waste any time. He established an early lead right from the opening lap. By the fourth lap, he had casually lapped five competitors while maintaining a massive advantage, finishing first and proving to be the fastest rider in the category.
  • The Foreign Motorcycle Category: This race required a bit of a comeback strategy. Mustufa started from third position on the grid but steadily worked his way through the field, eventually securing another brilliant first-place finish on the X-47.

Shifting the Electric Motorsports Narrative

This twin-category victory marks another huge milestone in Ultraviolette’s ongoing efforts to push the boundaries of electric mobility way beyond standard roads and straight into the intense world of competitive motorsport.

As global interest in electric motorsports keeps growing, performances like this one from the X-47 prove a massive point. Electric motorcycles aren’t just eco-friendly, viable alternatives anymore—they are actively setting new benchmarks in capability, reliability, and competitive, winning performance.
